Julia Natasya binti Ahmad Kushairi

I am Tasya, a Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology from Taylor’s University and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Cyberjaya. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I adopt a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with clients to identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies for change. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Where appropriate and aligned with clients’ values, I integrate spirituality into therapy as a source of meaning, resilience, and inner strength.
I have a strong interest and strength in psychological assessments, particularly for children and adolescents. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from young people to older adults, addressing a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns. I also have extensive training and experience as a behavioural therapist, having worked closely with children with autism, which informs my structured, compassionate, and developmentally sensitive approach to care.
