Thivyah Ravechandran

"What matters is not what happens to you, but how you respond to what happens to you." — Epictetus

Thivyah Ravechandran is a Registered Clinical Psychologist who holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from UCSI University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from the University of Cyberjaya. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and recognise their capacity for growth and change.

Thivyah understands that taking the first step towards therapy can be one of the hardest decisions to make. Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. She believes that therapy is more than simply addressing difficulties—it is a process of gaining insight, building resilience, and developing the confidence to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

She works with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults, and welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community. Believing that every person's experiences and needs are different, Thivyah tailors therapy to each individual while drawing on evidence-based approaches. Her aim is to help clients gain practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.
